Artists Portal: New Profile Submission

Please make sure you have created your Featured Image for Artists Directory – either in your own image editor or by using our web based IYR Image Editor
(40:21 ratio, minimum dimensions of 1200x630px) before continuing!

New Artist Submission & Profile

Account Overview (Read Only)

This section is just to make sure you're logged into the right account before you submit. It pulls the default information from your account registration.

Artist Information

This is the artist information that'll display on your profile.
Enter the Artist or Band Name here. required
Your music's genre or style. Please try and keep this to 2-3 genres, or in a way that it fits on one line in the Artists Directory. required
Please provide a biography about your Artist/Band -- at least one to two paragraphs. required

Images

This is where you'll manage the images for your profile.
Please make sure you've read the instructions on the Artists Portal and made sure that you have the edited image ready..

(Your Featured Image for Artists Directory must be cropped to the aspect ratio 40:21, and at least 1200x630 pixels or larger.)
This can be easily done in our online IYR Image Editor.


Your background image does not need to be edited and can be any size you'd like!
Featured Image for Artists Directory *
Maximum upload size: 100MB
This is the image that will show up on the button for your IYR Artists Profile in our Artists Directory.
THIS IMAGE MUST BE AT LEAST 1200x630 and in the 40:21 ASPECT RATIO! This is CRUCIAL.

Profile Header Background *
Maximum upload size: 100MB
This will be displayed as the background on your profile header.

Your Website & Social Media

This is where you'll input your website (if you have one) and your social media profiles.

For Facebook and YouTube you need to include the full URL to your profile.
(examples: https://facebook.com/itsyourradio || https://youtube.com/user/corylegendre)

For Twitter and Instagram you must include the @ symbol and then your username
(example: @itsyourradio)
Enter your website if you have one here. Please use full URL (example: https://itsyourradio.com)
URL to your Facebook Group/Page/Profile (must be full URL, example: https://facebook.com/itsyourradio)
URL to your YouTube Page/Profile (must be full URL, example: https://youtube.com/user/corylegendre)
Your Instagram username - must simply be your username,no URL. (example: itsyourradio)
Your Twitter username - must include the @ symbol, and no URL. (example: @itsyourradio)

Additional Links

You can add up to 4 additional custom links (that will display alongside our on-profile display of your social media accounts) on your profile.. It is not required that you add links, but feel free to link to anywhere related to your career....be it as simple as a Spotify link, a link to your tour dates, a link to an article written about you....these are your links!
